Will my current pans work on induction?

Grab a fridge magnet and touch it to the pan's bottom. Sticks firmly = it works. Doesn't stick = you need induction-ready cookware — or a converter disk, which makes any pan work on induction.

Why induction over gas or electric?

Speed (boils water roughly twice as fast), safety (no flame, the surface stays cooler), precision (instant response like gas), and efficiency (~85-90% of energy goes into the pan vs ~40% for gas).

How do I buy something I see here?

Do you ship products yourselves?
